The ability to use the available funds and resources wisely is a critically important factor that contributes to the under-funded individual households’ survival. Many examples taken from the descriptions of the international best practices as well as the Russian and overseas scholars’ research findings prove that there is a correlation between the level of financial literacy and the financial standing.
