The Russian economists predominantly demonstrate negative attitudes when it comes to the model use. That is why the model is not widely used for the purposes of the budget parameters forecasting. The article author takes into account the fact that the real life and forecast Russian budget revenue figures differ from one another significantly and examines the prospects of using the model in Russia.
