Title: Credit Market Infrastructure Development
Abstract: The article investigates the problems of development of the credit market infrastructure in Russia and presents a number of recommendations. Thus, it proposes to develop provisions regulating interaction of the infrastructure institutes (credit history bureau, credit brokers, collector agencies) with the banking sector and with each other. Development of the new payments infrastructure is reviewed within the context of implementation of the new Federal Law “On the national payments system”.
