Title: The Factors of Formation Innovative Potential of the Region
Abstract: The article deals with the issues of forming the innovation potential of the region as a basis for the implementation of the modernization process in the economy. An analisis was performed to determine the possible reduction in funding science and research, the restriction of investments in the development of material base for research and development, technological innovation.
