Abstract: In the present work on specific examples the authors offered functions, object and subject, allocated and presented the main aspects of the internal monitoring of the implementation of government programs of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, allowing to provide efficiency of achievement of the corresponding purposes of social and economic policy.
