Thematic Issue of the Financial Journal 2025

The second issue of the Financial Journal (ISSN 2075-1990) for the current year has been published - Volume 17, No. 2, 2025. This is a thematic issue. It is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the creation of the Center for Participatory Budgeting of the Financial Research Institute (Moscow, Russian Federation). Largely due to the scientific and methodological work carried out at the center, citizen participation in the budget process has become one of the principles of the budget system of the Russian Federation, and the concept of "participatory budgeting" has taken root in the economic and political agenda of the country. Today, participatory budgeting is one of the key technologies for involving citizens in state and municipal governance.
